I have a list of Service Bulletins I recieved or found from other Giles owners but I am missing a few that I'd like to have to finish my kit. Actually the list contains other drawings I found here and there, some I don't know what they are for.
Attached below the file I have with all the SBs I found, there is a list of the ones I have and the ones I am missing at the beginning.
Could you guys please check if you have the ones I am missing?
I am about to install the wings on my G-200 kit and noticed I am missing some parts referred to SB #6. I should be able to make this parts somehow.
Looking at DJ's plane's pictures I noticed there are two triangular flanges sitting on top of the wing spar carrytrough that are not mentioned anywhere on my manuals.
Does anyone have some referance on them? Or at least does anyone have some informations like dimentions, layups and core material?
I will try to upload a picture taken from DJ's web site so to understand what I'm talking about and SB #6.
What are guys doing if anything to prevent the breather freezing up in the winter?
I think mine is a pretty common setup. The breather runs from the oil seperate down the inside of the fuselage and out near the tail.
I've never flown mine in the winter so I'm not even sure it's an issue. Just curious what others have experienced as I may have to fly in colder temps soon.

Years ago, after a partial engine failure in my G-200, I decided to conduct some tests to determine best-glide speed and glide ratio. I didn't end up capturing as many data points as originally planned, but the numbers were still pretty interesting.
--> If anyone has additional data points, please send them to me and I'll happily include them here.
I need help. I have been using this great aircraft for the couple of years- but this year to renew its flight permit our local authorities started to require some sort of "load calculation" for all kitplanes and homebuilds.
I suppose there in no way to calculate composite wings besides static load tests.
Is there any way to get the static load tests of the G202 airframe.
